Deli-Style Roast Beef Rollups

Serves 4

Use orange, yellow or green bell peppers instead of red, if you like.

Ingredients

1/2 cup crumbled blue cheese
4 slices red bell pepper
4 slices all natural deli roast beef

Method

Roll two tablespoons of cheese and 1 slice of pepper in each slice of roast beef. Cut in half before serving.
